I can attest to this I blew the PA at a party once. My fucking PA as well I was gutted and everyone left

It's not really true. It's because prison uniforms are often ill-fitting (couple sizes too big) and they don't allow belts (due to suicide/weapon risk.)

I don't really understand the message it is trying to convey. Just seems to have undertones of homophobic resentment and nothing else to it.

when I see someone - anyone, of any stripe - plant their underpants asscheeks on the bus because they can't be bothered to hike up dem drawers cuz they're trying to be a tough guy, then I say FUCK IT: let the taunts begin.

I think it looks stupid, but like I said I don't get why people have decided to use this particular root to attack it, you're probably right about the racism thing too. Even the idea that they had a system for dick-receivership up the ass is stupid, when basically it just boils down to "the big scary guys fuck the little guys"
