Justified is definitely one of the best shows on tv just now, got the season 4 DVDs for Christmas, trying to savour it rather than batter through it in a couple days which is what I normally do. Proving pretty difficult though.

Fresh Meat, Jack Whitehall just irritates me so I can't enjoy it at all :(

If you're looking for something on 4od, Toast of London is pretty good, as is Pete Versus Life (if you haven't already seen it). Modern Toss was an underrated/overlooked show, recommend that too if you haven't seen it.

Not to mention it has Brass Eye, Peep Show, Nathan Barley, Garth Marenghi and other classics if you're not just looking for new stuff.

Easily one of my favourite "villians" of all time, including film. Just so great, he has far too many amazing lines, Walton Goggins is just perfect in the role :Q:

Only 2 episodes into the 4th so far, really enjoying it. One of the best shows at building a story each season.
[+] Spoiler
Glad to see the return of Wynn Duffy in the 2nd episode, looking forward to seeing what he'll get up to.

Watched the first 2 episodes of this tonight. Guy been on death row since he was 18 for the past 19 years for the murder and rape of his 16 year old girlfriend that he confessed too, new evidence means he gets out.

Real slow burner but very enjoyable so far, about how he tries to readjust after being locked up for so long, recommend it!

^ended up watching all 6 episodes in 2 days, brilliant show, looks stunning too.

Aden Young as Daniel was just amazing, cannot wait to see what they've got planned for the second season.

Nice one - gonna check that out.

I think we're going to have another bash at Breaking Bad. Gave up after two episodes last time as it just seemed too obvious, but everyone says stick with it... if I waste another two hours of my life I'll be in here looking for RETRIBUTION.

Borgen is really good. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1526318/
Danish politics drama

its got Danes in, and politics

if you like politics based stuff, and perhaps skandinavians, more specifically Danes, maybe check it out.
think politics drama, but danish

steer clear if politics and/ or Danes do not sit well with you

I think the first two seasons where some of the best entertainment on any media tbh- but it turns into kind of a soprano wankfest. Still very, very enjoyable.

the thing about breaking bad is this:

it's really good. but it's still way overrated. i've heard plenty of people say it is by far the greatest series ever. smh. it's way overhyped, and the reason why is because AMC went on a hardcore internet promotion campaign for breaking bad in 2012. people were told it was the greatest show ever, and then they believed it. i'm not saying it's bad, it's still probably in my top 10 probably and definitely my top 15. but i wouldn't put it in my top 5.

that said, it's a pretty easy show to watch. can't really see how u'd get bored with breaking bad..

It's really interesting to see how much danish stuff bbc has taken in. It seems as if brits view denmark as a sort of a bleaker version of britain with only corrupt white people and female bosses. Not that it's far off, it's just a bit ironic that all of it is heavily inspired by british television.

Maybe there was some truth to what the danish villain said in the latest ep of sherlock :6: if any one saw that?

I dunno... I'll see how we get on this time. We watched the first couple of episodes and genuinely laughed at the ending to one of them because it seemed so corny, but maybe we were expecting something different. We're going to pick it up at episode three this week and see how far we get... I'll probably be gushing about it in a month's time.

After last week's being pretty disappointing, last night's was a REALLY good 90 minutes of telly.
