had 3 shits today already.... had a beer off tap last night which I'm sure was dodgy, immediately after drinking it it felt like my stomach was imploding

My mate rang me earlier, telling me to come to a bar in town. I shut off pro evo halfway through a game, grabbed a shower, got dressed, rang him and he said "Town is dead. I'm off home".

Not really pissed off, but put a weird downer on things.
Was sitting in my friends room playing with the hamsters, when we hadn't seen one all day. She goes to look for it and she jumps back screaming. Take a look inside and half of its face was missing with entrails everywhere. Unfortunately it hadn't died already and it was just lying there suffering. The sight of it was horrible, a week earlier another hamster had bitten off its foot and we think the same one had attacked it in the cage. She was quite shocked and distraught by the whole situation because she loved her hamsters. We didn't want to just let it die a slow death with half of its face missing so I offered to put it to rest and bury it. Only time I've ever, killed, something more then an insect and it wasn't a nice experience.

She can't do much about it, she found the hamsters on the side of the road in 4 cages on her way home and didn't want to leave them there so took them. She's found about 8 in 4 cages and hasn't had enough money to buy any more since.

hamsters are solitary animals and will kill each other if kept in the same cage... as you've found out. take them to the rspca because it's really cruel keeping them like that. i know that she's trying to be kind by rescuring them and probably didn't know that but they'll all end up the same way if you keep them like that

Yeah I've got 2 hamsters, but had to do some research on which ones could be kept together (my missus was adamant on getting two)
We ended up with some weird named fucking TINY hamsters which run on their wheel for 14 hours a day and crucially don't murder each other.

She's wanted to move them out somewhere safer. Don't know why she hasn't gone to the rspca actually. I'll see if she wants to do it over the weekend.

go asap or at least separate them until then. it'd be more humane to have them in tiny plastic tubs or something than having them all in a cage ready to kill each other

i need to speak to her about it, can't get through to her atm though. the others, appeared fine with each other. it was just one that apparently liked to fight with the others but she had no where else to put it. not so sure about them after last night though. hopefully we can sort something out before its too late.
