It does look like the cancer story's finished though, especially cos that intro shows him with full-blown hair... although he did look very sick so I dunno he could just end up dying from cancer after all this

definite possibility, would be a fitting end if done well

Vince Gilligan, the show's creator, said he wanted to turn Walt from Mr. Chips to Scarface - in terms of how you feel about the character. From everyman to sociopathic drug lord. I don't think it will end in a Scarface style shootout - that's too eay for this show. I think, as showed by last week's cold open, Walt has lost everything. Skyler has moved on, possibly been killed, and Walt Jr has been killed (or gone to live with Hank and Marie, as well as his baby sister) while Walt goes in to hiding. I'm not sure what they're planning on doing with that big ass gun, but it's going to be tragic. Walt's lost everything and is on a suicide mission. The cancer is back, but it won't kill him.

he may have, but the cast gets their script just pre eps so who knows
those creative writing teams do seems to change their mind at times and come up with great endings

all i hope is that it ends like the shield or the wire, 2 great shows with great finales

I reckon there's a good chance he could use that gun on Hank. Just got me thinking how the end scenes in the last two eps seem to be family orientated. Trade off? One family member for his "family's" future. Ingeniuos staff behind the whole show, but from the looks of it, no more dramatic cliffhangers.

Never watched true blood, so may be oblivious, but wasn't the smoke monster a Lost thing?

pretty sure them watching the finale of scarface was some definite foreshadowing.

Is this on Sunday or Monday nights? ie. Do I try to find it online on Monday or Tuesday?

I'd have opted for a shield type ending but don't think.they'd copy such a popular show
