lol posting Colemanism as a start is cheating.
As far as craziness goes, some breakcore uses the Amen break crazier, but the groove and funk is lost.
This is it imo... maybe a couple of Paradox/Alaska tunes comes close but Colemanism is the definitive Amen workout really.

FYI if anyone doesn't know, it's named for G.C Coleman, the original drummer. The Winstons don't get shit for royalties, and this breakbeat is no doubt the most sampled in history. Sad really...

wouldn't say it's a reese redefined sounds like the standard calyx and teebee, should be a huge album though. i bought this one after i heard it in their mixmag summer mix.

In fact, the whole Moving Shadow 05.2 mix album was some of the last dnb I was really feeling before the whole autonomic thing. I can't believe it was all the way back in 2005... wow. Production nerd train spotting, it's some distorted 808 bass blended with standard reeses extremely well and seamlessly. This tune is huge.

man calyx and teebee intros i love em, that reese line is nuts as well heh
way of the warrior is still my fave
those lines are like photek breaks to me
follow the leader is my fave from calyx solo

old dnb always had the best reese swells and basslines imo
