No they should ask the Danish service since that's where the company is based and founded.
Then again I'm pretty sure all customer service emails and calls are going to filter through the same places no matter the region.

Legos is just the Americanization of it

Same thing with how Europeans tend to say "sport" as opposed to the American "sports"

Since Lego is Danish, that would mean that the singular Lego would be correct

Pshhh I'm waiting till I get a response from the actual company, such shall be the sacred word of LEGO, all else shall be verbal diarrhea from primitive blasphemers.

This is true but their answer may be specific to where the question was asked, therefore unless you get the answer 'Lego' then the reply cannot be trusted to apply to the whole world.

Then SNH, and this thread will collapse upon itself creating a black hole on the interwebs engulfing all.

Or just are trying to cover your previously documented potential ignorant asses in this thread if the official word of LEGO comes back differently.

Dear Mike,

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

It's great to hear that our bricks are inspiring your niece!

Actually, the correct pluralization of our product is LEGO® bricks, LEGO sets, or LEGO minifigures. The trademark itself is not pluralized, the object it is attached to is.

I hope this information is helpful! Please wish her the best of luck with her project from all of us here at The LEGO Group.

Thanks again for getting in touch. We're always pleased to receive feedback from LEGO fans! If you could take a moment to complete a four question survey by going to the link below, it will help us make sure we are providing the best customer service to you.

Happy building!

Just took out the links to that survey, otherwise complete reply I just got.
