Public toilets are the most babylonia thing ever. I always make sure that my visits to it are at a minimum and i'm rather piss behind a tree than in a public toilet. Too bad they're giving a penalty for that.

Haha there's actually people on the web saying it is real and it works because of the train moving in opposite direction. Have they never tried jumping in a moving train as a kid, or maybe read a book

If the train's moving, you and the extinguisher are moving with it so it doesn't make a difference.
It's the same as if the train was stationary
