'Catcher In The Rye' is in no way bait! Just cos it's popular with moody teenagers doesn't mean it's not a kerlassic

By bait I kind of meant a classic, coming near the end and think its really good.

It's not exactly a literary classic, but hey, I'm having a break from 'proper' books:

Just finished Paolo Coelho's "The Manual of the Warrior of Light" which was really, really good. Can honestly recommend it to anyone.

A week ago I started Sjón's "Made in Secret (a.k.a. Your Eyes Saw Me)". Really weird things and characters in it like archangel Michael. It's supposed to be a love story but his style of writing is a bit complex and needs a lot of concentration. Read one from him before called Skugga-Baldur (The Blue fox in English) and that was great.

just finished: The Stranger by Albert Camus
just begun: Identity by Milan Kundera

They were a bit different than what I expected of each. Though, I'd recommend both.

'A Tranquil Star', which is a collection of short stories by Primo Levi. Liking what I've read so far - 'If This Is A Man' is one of my favourite books but I felt 'The Periodic Table' (his other story collection) was a bit uneven.
