also i never really noticed this before, but it's got some parallels to jah power dub. nothing overt or cheeky, but it feels like theres some influence going on there... "JAH" followed by a somewhat similar bassline - and the supremely minimal drums

Kahn's set at Subloaded was fucking amazing, he has got a lot more deep dubstepy material than I expected (I assume they were his own tunes, not heard them before).
Lurka's set was good too.
Does anyone know who's behind Hotline Recordings? Is it a DJ/Producer?

Yeaa the hotline stuff is interesting i asked in idle hands but they didnt give anything away i just know they have a kahn release and a lurka release coming soon.
