I think Ashley gave up as admin on the page. If he hasnt then he should.

I deleted that page a few months ago as I couldnt take being associated with such idiots any longer.

did you even try my advice? would be the easiest way to work out what the problem is and a lack of bass is unlikely to be down to a needle anyway. all a needle does is pick up the vibrations in the groove and it's the cartridge that translates that into sound
