Training today was great! Two hours of taekwondo! You got to love it. I think I shall go training everyday this week! The pain makes me feel alive!

Depending on the training, the pain makes me want to cry. I maxed out my thigh muscles last training, my legs starting shaking whenever I went into a long/back stance for the rest of the night.

Haha, In the changing room I noticed my hands trembling. I know I have had a good session when I get the shakes. I do love my club, brought a girl down there that I met dub stepping this evening, she loved every bit of it!

Taekwondo is gay? Meet June Do incorporates the exact same kicking. Behave yourself and never diss something that is bigger then all of us. Statements like that only offend.... And well you saw what happen to Mr Han.

You're a lucky man, I would kill for a girl/guy who was into both dubstep and TKD.

Normally I wouldn't complain about a good workout, but it's hard to learn Taebaek when you can't hold a stance for more than 4 seconds.

It's something I spend 10 hours a week doing. Yeah it's something that could easily wind me up, however most people don't. Funny though at outlook I spent three hours talki g about the philosophies of tai chi, wing chun and taekwondo. It made for an interesting discussion between the three of us each specializing in a martial art. It was quite weird actually as the person who studied wing chun, his instructor taught it at one of my instructors clubs along side taekwondo in west London. As soon as I get time to find a good club, I thi k I am going to take it up.

I do a bit of Wing Chun as part of JKD

I'm kind of new to it all. But the Wing Chun part is definitely interesting. You should go for it Grand.

Did anyone else think it looked like a black Tony Blair when they first saw it?
