Built a fort with a girl (thanks for the tip Particle Jim), all went spectacularly, drinking wine and cracking wise in the fort. Curled up under the blanket, decide to drop some truffles, we start tripping and she's coming onto me hard so I....do nothing and fall asleep.

And now its really awkward cus we both know something should have happened and didnt. God damn it.

I had a leaking head gasket on my Pug a few months back; they ended up stinging me for 2 new tyres and a few other bits and pieces. Garages are bastards

I I get part worns it cost about 15 a tyre. If I get new, it's 40 a tyre. I said 100 as somewhere in between.

Either way...It's tear inducing. Not even the garage ripping me off. I've known the tyres were on the way out...I've known about the leak for a about a year, and my breaks decided not to work when I set off this morning.

I'd buy a new car if I were able to save enough money before my existing car breaks again.

yeah it's the 50..... it's pretty decent, it does always come out at 45-50 but sometimes it goes upto 60-65 you can stream 1080p HD on it and still use the web etc

apparently they're upgrading upload speeds soon, talk of 5mb.... although it's no way near as good as it should be it should make a big difference!

yeah thats immense! got a lot of love for Virgin, their service to me (obviously heard of people with issues) has been flawless, as good as advertised speeds, no loss of connection, upgraded our router for free, free V+ box etc etc etc all for pretty cheap..... only get bout 0.8 upload tho, some form of upgrade would be handy..

You should be getting double that (I think), coz it's cable it should be pretty much lossless really.

And yeah all I've heard about Virgin is bad things, but mines been perfect so far (bout 3 months), and I got £80 cashback + free install etc.

With your speed though you should be wired really, with wireless (even type 'N') you'll never really top 15mb. I was getting 15 and couldn't figure out why, but I've ran Cat6 cable through the house and it's all 45+ now
