Haha sorry mate, true though.. most of the key players leaving and isn't some of the revenue going to be used to pay down debt instead of rebuilding the squad? I reckon he's good enough to be a regular top half striker for a top half prem team. Southampton were probably the ideal type of team for him last year, next year I can't see it being the same.. think he can do better but at the same time I think he can do better than the Scouse bench.
I'm hoping Rickys our 3rd choice ahead of Welbeck in the WC.

Unfortunately Southampton seem to be going from a team that could have been challenging for Europe with a couple of signings to relegation candidates

We've always been a feeder team...stands to reason that with our best Premiership finish that we'd have more interest in our squad.

I don't think he's got another league win in him but if he can keep us in the champions league and leave a good squad for his replacement to work with then I'll be happy

Odds on our new manager (via SkyBet);
Yakin would be a good fit I reckon.
But Moyes and McClaren can fuck right off
EDIT - Swear Koeman is getting linked with everyone. West Ham and Swansea have both mentioned him recently as a potential.

McClaren was favourite the other day, he's always been a decent club manager

You can't be certain that they wont be a succes next season with a coach of his level.
In recent history spurs has sold on to real, where arsenal has bought from real. Which isn't really an argument but worth mentioning.
They might get a brillion dollars for Lloris before next season.
It's funny that spurs are used as a threat in real though.
They might point to an old Vdv or Adebayor shirt or have Modric mock up one of Redknapps old sheets of tactics.

Didn't see that coming, feel kinda shit for Southampton tbh.
Wow if Liverpool actually buy him for that price. He's not "that" prolific and 31
he is very good, 9 m is quite cheap actually
I don't think he's all that tbh. And he's actually 32.

how can Barton publically support UKIP, and still look his foreign club mates in the eye/ not get beaten up.
I'd like to see man like, say Onuoha, mash him up

Good for that money imo

having someone like lambert around for a couple of years, for relatively fuck all, is the kind of thing that wins premier leagues. great signing, tho surprised they didn't try and secure lallana first
Arsenal links: Aurier looks almost too desperate to come. be good to get him. Some people saying Remy deal is nearly done. Interesting to see AC def wanna sell super Mario. 30mill is risky for a nutcase (i'd love him tho). praying for a signing before WC

what? UKIP have a fair few candidates from ethnic minorities, the idea that they are racist is complete rubbish made up by the media. I find it funny how a lot of people who are like never trust the media suddenly start to believe it when they're slating ukip (not saying ur one of these people).
