We also need to figure out a draft date that works for everyone. Ideas? Season starts Sept. 5, so I'm thinking maybe a week before that?

Houstons & Patriots will be nowhere near it. Colts more likely than Texans IMO.

Yeah yeah, it's exclusive (better IMO, wish they did it for Fantasy "Soccer", otherwise every tnuc just picks the same team).

Either you're all on at the same time, or you can do what I did last year. You can rank the players in order that you want them, and each round either set it to pick the highest player on your list, or the highest player in a certain position.

As Kidshuffle suggested there, probably a week before the season, so end of Aug/start of Sept.

Ah, no worries, I'm on holiday from 24th Aug until mid Sept.

Just set it to auto-draft! I was asleep for the last draft.

Even if you don't know much about NFL, just leave the rankings as they're suggested by ESPN, always pretty solid.

Say I select to auto draft someone, and someone else sets to auto draft the same player. Who gets the player?

Works like this, you rank your players before hand (or leave them as suggested), so at the moment, your draft ranks would work like this:

1. Adrian Peterson
2. Arian Foster
3. Doug Martin
4. Marshawn Lynch
5. Ray Rice

Say you've got the 3rd pick in the round. Person with 1st pick takes your top choice, Adrian Peterson. 2nd person takes Arian Foster. When it comes to you, you'll get Doug Martin. That's if you set your auto-draft strategy to draft your highest ranked player.

If you set it to draft a certain position in a certain round, it will go down to that list and find the highest ranked available player on your list in that position.

I can give you some tips as we get closer if you're interested.

Order of picks is determined randomly I think, so the person who has the first pick has the last pick in the next round, then 2nd to last pick in the round after, and so on.

yeah wub if you want in, shoot me a pm with your email. autodrafting will still get you a good team, plus people are constantly dropping/ adding new guys from the waiver wire

I think a week before the season starts would be good, and I would highly prefer if we did it on a Friday or a Saturday.

Yep, more likely to be able to actually live draft if its on a friday or a saturday.
