Dara, that was far too casual a use for the word snood, you can't just slip a snood in a sentence like that and not be called out on it.
whats a snood?

hahahahah!!! aww you guys - im laughing out loud at work here.
A snood is a kinda tube-like fleece thing you pull over ur head and it keeps ur neck, and as much of your face and head as you wish to cover, nice and toasty. It has a toggly bit so you can tighten it and hold it in place...
Safety feature: It come without the irritating flappy bits of a scarf, destined to get tangled in wheels of open top cars and to slap you in the face when you least expect it.
Anti-terrorist: Modelled on a balaclava with the top cut off so as to minimise accusations of impending bank robbery or possession of weapons of mass destruction.
hmmm... ok so i just googled it and i think my mum may have been lying to me all these years
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snood_(headgear)... those hairnets wouldnt keep you very warm at all
after some extensive searching i found a pink one on a dog, but finally....
gentlemen, i give you, the SNOOOD!!!

Little tip but don't tell another soul ok? Pour some hot water into a glass, pour said water over windows, works a treat and no energetic scraping - GUARANTEED.
