What size do you consider fat?
What do you consider curvy?

As a girl i'm (really) self consious when it comes to my weight and how men may view my body.

Is skinny the way forward?
:?
Marilyn Monroe was a size 16 one of my ex's was a size 14 and the 14 looked fatter. All comes down to how you carry it, me i think size 10-12 is a good look. Not too skinny but no cankles of bingo wings.
Yer people do carry weight differently.
At the moment i'm a size 8/10

2 years I was pushing near a size 12.
Size 12 doesn't do me any favours! Even my mum was saying 'Briony, I think you need to loose a bit of weight'
But I have alot of friends who are size 12 and bigger, if they were to be a size 8 they wouldn't look right.
Then last year I went down to a size 6 and people were worrying about me!
Yet my best friend is a size 4/6 and it looks fine, as she is quite short.

And i'm pleased to say I don't have canckles or bingo wings!

Marilyn Monroe was not a size 16.
After all these years, mystery and conspiracy theories still surround her death, but when it comes to her physical attributes, I can put a few facts straight. Contrary to received wisdom, she was not a voluptuous size 16 – quite the opposite. While she was undeniably voluptuous – in possession of an ample bosom and a bottom that would look at home gyrating in a J-Lo video – for most of the early part of her career, she was a size 8 and even in her plumper stages, was no more than a 10. I can tell you this from experience because a few weeks ago, I tried to try on her clothes.

What do you personally consider too skinny?
Do squats twice a week and hit the stairmaster once a week, don't eat kfc, Mickee Deez, chinese food, bacon egg and cheese sandwiches more than four times a month. Go light on the chips and eat crackers with peanut butter when you need to snack, put fruit on your ice cream and a little less chocolate syrup.

Do that for three months straight and you'll look great, and I don't even what you look like.

And if you're already doing this, then Kudos to you miss, you're an inspiration :D

I do a 4 mile run 3 times a week.
Do my press ups and sit ups.
But my weakness is food, I love it.
It's not all crap that I eat, dinner is always made from scratch.
But I love a good bacon butty and cheesy chips are just amazing.
And I don't tend to eat 3 meals a day, I snack throughout the day.

I try not to make generalizations about what kind of women (and men) I like. I prefer to make evaluations on a case by case basis.

On another note, large women (who would be considered obese by western standards) have been considered attractive, so take that for what you will

from what i hear this is healthier than eating one big meal in the day, say because it keeps your metabolism going - eating less frequently slows it down

Much better to graze than to gourge.

Eating 5 light meals in a day will do alot more for you than one big one.

Dunno if it will take a while for your metabolism to catch up to it though.

exactly, some girls suit being a bit heavier than others, i quite like a wee skinny bird i can throw about like a cock puppet but also like a girl with a bit of meat on her. All depends on how they carry themselves innit.

*Any* size is a good size as long as the girl's happy and confident with herself. My last girlfriend was skinnier/slimmer than any of my others, but she was the worst to be with because she had no confidence... it's impossible to be sexy if you don't think you're sexy... it's very easy if you do believe it.
