so i'm pretty pleased with that considering ive been at this stuff for about 6 months

spun a buddies house party last week and he wants me back every weekend.. so thats kinda cool too

since i'm just getting started anything is an achievement to me

Yeah I've been blogged a good few times, been interviewed a couple times. Channel 4 did an interview with me & my label about the underground scene for a pilot show they were doing.

Biggest achievement was getting a tune up on UKFDubstep. most favourited track in the uk first two days, 9th in the world for the first day. 4th favourited & rated for the week. I suppose that's a pretty damn big achievement, considering me & my label are just a independant one, & I'm the oldest on the label by a good couple years & I'm only 21 myself.

Oh wow I personally salute you! I started off making music for video games before i turned to producing EDM. I still make all the music for close friends' game & media projects. I would love to get into video game music at a later date so kudos!

and i always felt like i didnt need people to recognize me for what i do
turns out i was wrong, haha

edit: that sentence is awkward, i dont mean recognize as in on the streets: "hey you're that guy huh"
but recognize as in respect my work etc

I lol'd.

Only people who recognise me in town are from 'the night before' and we tend to exchange quick glances then look at our shoes while we walk by in shame...

Strong networking skills, history as a live musician, friends, fate, drive, strong and multiple skill sets, desperation, knowing this is what I want and selling myself as an asset to the company. I'm good to go as an independent contractor for the moment but I really want to get on with the LLC. Dream job really. Slowly reeling them in.

Antimatter is still only half signed.. its complicated but might be coming with other datsik and excision tunes... i say again.. might...

Err..

Had 6 releases (digital)
Various airplay.
Played Getdarker.

Thats all ive done in the 4 years ive been making dubstep..

Nothing to brag about really and its quite depressing what people who've only been PRODUCING for 6 months have vinyl deals but ah well. 'least I am good looking..

EDIT: after reading all the thread and seein' dep's vid (big ups by the way!) every 'big' dj/producer who supports my music is vinyl only! You lucky F**Ks... Do you know how expensive it is to cut 2 tracks every time someone wants to play out your tunes haha. I need to make some connex with these digital fellas.
