You can make amazing music and still be in a shit band (not saying Magnetic Man are shit, you've only got to see that they're top 10 in the UK charts to know they're going to be hugely popular).

But like, look at Jamie XX lolz.

skream, rusko, laroux, reso,
Fair enough that you like Rusko and Reso, Im not going to argue someones likes and dislike...

but you like Skream? He is IN magnetic man?

Also quite majorly, La Roux is an electro-indie-pop artist?
YES! I LIKE SKREAM (WHO I FUCKING KNOW IS IN MAGNETIC FUCKING MAN) BUT I DONT LIKE MAGNETIC MAN BECAUSE THE MUSIC IS DIFFERENT!??? NOW SEE THE LOGIC?

jesus fucking christ!
it's like me saying, i dunno, i dont like the prodigy but i like liam flints solo stuff, it's a diffeent account of music. and the reason i dont like the output of magnetic man? cause obviously autotune dubstep is what WE ALL WANT..... sarcasm/

if anything dubstep as a scene should be anti autotune. it's the autotune... get it now??? I DID ACTUALLY FUCKIN SAY THAT IN THE FIRST FUCKING POST BUT I GUESS NO ONE FUCKING READ IT.

Your favourite artists....
La Roux sings with autotune, have you heard Rusko's LP, Skream uses autotune on his new LP, dont really listen to Reso. Its a shit argument your trying to make.

okay i'm torn on magnetic man. i like the artists within the group to varying degrees. i have mass respect for all of em. however, i just don't like the magnetic man tunes i've heard. they don't resemble the parts of the whole. i need to hear a few more i guess. but in NO WAY are they "killing the scene." that's a dumb thing to say

i wouldn't say magnetic man are killing the scene. if by killing a scene you mean making it commercial and gaining big success, then yeah you're right.

but in all honesty, magnetic man making it big can only mean good things for dubstep. it will draw people into dubstep, therefor getting people to attend local dub nights, getting more producers out there, starting more dubstep nights.

Its just my oppinion, but id say it was a great thing for the scene, just cus they are getting played on radio 1 don't mean they are killing the scene bro.
