Boomkats reviews
TES LA ROK - Gunshot / Ritual Murdah, NARCO.HZ
One of Vex'd's favourite up and coming producers, Tes La Rock has been making a name for himself with a steady stream of dubs and mp3's, now committed to wax for the excellent Narco.Hz imprint. 'Gunshot' on the A-side really can't get any marks for originality, but it's quite large -a Coki tribute that works riff for riff and sub for sub. The really good stuff is on the B-side, 'ritual murdah' features some badboy rollin drum edits and deadly subs executed to a high standard. Killer twelve...
* Tracks on TES LA ROK - Gunshot / Ritual Murdah:
DJUNYA - Ites / Coagulated Dub, NARCO.HZ
NarcoHz continue their run of recent good form with this week's cut from Djunya, two tracks of dubstep reductions from San Fransisco running between twisted halfstep and 2-step with high production values designed to be tested on a big system, KILLER!
* Tracks on DJUNYA - Ites / Coagulated Dub:
