what was the point in that interview? i really didnt see one.
isnt it just typical americans, to start chanting the dudes name at the end of his set. that made me cringe. its a dance, not the FA cup final....

To be honest I prefer the Croydon dub cause they are the original dub kingz. American dubstep is in my opinion full of more trash even though there are some artists and tracks I really respect.

I don't hate, I just don't like his music. Is this too hard to understand? Man, you can make that sort of music by selecting any drum sound on fruit loops, whacking the bpm up to 999 and scrolling up and down. If you like that, then cool enjoy.

Wouldn't things be boring if everyone just liked everything all the time?

To add something of value... I think people hate on Skrillex because he's put out an EP and called it dubstep. To people that have been into dubstep since it started, it's a bit offensive. People with little to no knowledge of the scene are "having a pop" at a dubstep record and getting it miles off. This new wave of dubstep is really a whole different genre and it should have been given a name from the start. The term "bass music" or "UK Bass" hasn't really taken off. Then we could have avoided the hate altogether

Where were you for the brostep competition? I'd like to hear your take on the bro cause it takes WAY more sound design knowledge than I can already tell you have. To say that Skrillex's songs are as simple as that (which by the way didn't make any sense) is ridiculous. I don't give a fuck what music your into but at least give credit where credit is due. Respect the man's sound design and his ability to make hype music. I don't like rock and roll but I still respect a Eddy Van Halen's ability to shred faster than I could ever dream.

As much bad dubstep comes from the us as it does the uk
And there are plenty of good producers and djs in the states, but they are mostly spread out
