Stop being such an ignorant homophobic tnuc. There's plenty of decent American Dubstep, as there is also a fuckload of utterly shite British Dubstep.
That said, the vibes of the American electronic music scene do look a little bit 1990s homosexual rave like for my tastes.

the rave scene in the US was dead for 10 years. it's coming back now with a vengeance and it's admittedly a bit weird but it'll find it's own groove

I rarely see glowsticks anymore, but they never bothered me much anyway. One thing that did bug me was people with whistles, like referee whistles and blowing it really loud. That can kind of be a mood killer. Those were mostly in warehouse parties though, rarer than glowsticks now.
Some places have banned glowsticks and similar stuff because some consider it a kind of paraphernalia... and vaseline too, haha. Saw some security at a random club in San Fran a couple of years ago harassing people doing light shows, and some people at Planet of The Drums got kicked out for spreading vaseline/menthol rub and using those wooden massager roller things... Pretty wack.

I'm not judging by just that one show, I've never seen anything in the US that isn't in a phenomenally large stadium-size arena. Obviously there are other shows, this just seems to be the main medium.
Bassnectar has a fanclub of some sort that dress up in a uniform and do choreographed dancing on stage, if I remember correctly.

i'd say america has a few good to great dubstep/garage/funky producers, but it's crazy how many are located in texas.

how are you dubsteppers ever going to have baby dubsteppers if you got no women at your raves?
the future of dubstep depends on you getting some lasers and some high hats!

Kebona is dumb huh? What about vaccine, DJG, moldy, jus wan, Joe nice, etc? Ginz is from the states and martyn lives here as well... To honestly believe in your heart that music knows geographical bounderies in 2011 makes you either ridiculously ignorant or a huge troll... Which is it?
Why is parson so concerned with girls being everywhere? Seems like he don't care about all us fancy lads

girls make the vibe. if you got no women you got no vibe.
unless circuit parties are your bag, then by all means
