But the problem is, the likes of you, Whyrez, Basic A have a big enough reputation and network to be able to get feedback from each other WITHOUT a WIP thread etc. The other 85% of us can't do that.

well i didn't build a reputation and network via comments from randomers on a forum it was all done via actual conversations and getting to know people and who's advice is actually worth a damn
a problem with those random people giving feedback is often they have poor production or toss about production terms like buzz words without knowing what it means etc

I know that man, but the WIP thread has consistently provided a better level of constructive feedback than the dubs forum has. I think, on the whole, it offers more people more constructive feedback; even though it has it's flaws.

oh and basic a popped up out of nowhere not to long ago, same with a lot of people who have a network established already
