i have sampled:
the crow, v2.0, Hero, 300, 21 grams, solaris, outlaws and many others most of the time just background ambience

not a complaint or bitchin, but as a huge film buff nerd whatnot I find it a shame over 90% of films being sampled in electronic music are from films 70s onwards....
I think theres bare badman samples to be found from films of the 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s no doubt... when cinema was still proper alive
I reckon Howard Hawks films would be a goldmine for sampling... and whats up with no Bogart samples in any tunes? soooort it m8s

i reall y like scarecrows sample from pitch black with taken.. anyone know what tune aspa sampled for dubwars intro(big tune). ????

I've used. Network, The believer, The excorsism of Emily Rose. The Way of The Gun, Jacobs Ladder, Walfen, Dirty Harry, Koyaanisqatsi, Manhunter, Missisippi Burning, Blue Collar. Animal Factory, Dog Town And Z Boys.

It's one of the classic kung fu dubber's voices. There are literally hundreds of movies dubbed by a troupe of about 3 people doing all the voices.
