Are those the slip on ones with no laces, pretty much like slippers?? Dont think theyre too bad. Boat shoes are a big no no especially when my grandads got a pair identical to those you see people wearing nowadays.

One good thing about Toms though is that for every pair they sell they donate a pair to Africa.

I love africa.

Nah I have never owned a pair of toms. £35 or whatever it is, is a bit too much to spend on slippers.

they're repulsive, i regulary remind my colleague who 'bought a pair for her holiday' in september who still wears them on casual friday, that they are straight goon wear.

started with argentine street kids, hence why the toms logo is the flag
they also donate to kids in the u.s.

personally i find spending $60 on a pair of ugly shoes and justifying it through philanthropy to be ridiculous -- you can buy yourself a pair of nicer looking shoes along with two or three pairs of fully functional shoes for needy kids with that kind of money. i'm sure they don't care about the little label poking out of their newly protected feet.

i prefer to take a more direct route, buy some bitchin trainers made by 3rd world kids, keeps them in a stable job innit :4:

unless there is a flood, there is no need to have your pants higher than your ankles.

Well... I think it's justifiable to have the waist part of your trousers by your waist...
