Got my copy today. Sounds great.
Marduk is mind blowing - as usual, though.

Agreed.jsml wrote:like marduk more each time i hear it. it's the perfect coki production in a way, cos it has his signiture mid rangey noise but he reels it back so it isnt too agressive and grinding and it has the great atmosphere of his dubbier stuff.
are you implying that Celestial Dub was unlistenable ?datilt wrote:Marduk is the first listenable Coki-tune for a couple of years. Luv this one.
It? Animal? Intergalactic? Serious?LumiNiscent wrote:are you implying that Celestial Dub was unlistenable ?datilt wrote:Marduk is the first listenable Coki-tune for a couple of years. Luv this one.
From the first Coki album on DMZ most of tunes included were older than 2 years. That releasae had some goodies for sure. But stuff like Goblin or Horrid Henry were really annoying. Also didnt like anything on the 'Don't get twisted' release.Maccaveli wrote:It? Animal? Intergalactic? I like Tree Trunk and Celestial Dub. Lower Octave is good, too, but my copy seems to be a bad pressing or something. Doesn't sounds good as the others.datilt wrote:From the first Coki album on DMZ most of tunes included were older than 2 years. That releasae had some goodies for sure. are you kidding? that tune is like a wall of bassAnjin wrote:, does anyone else think enter dimension sounds more percussion led than bass led? Compared to obeah room for example, where the bass heaves
Coki album on DMZ? Only two LPs I know of are Return II Space and Urban Ethics. Are those from Coki? I always thought all that stuff was from Maladatilt wrote:From the first Coki album on DMZ most of tunes included were older than 2 years. That releasae had some goodies for sure. yeah i much prefer it at the second drop, the first half of the tune is such an onslaught. second drop is reminiscent of education and 2 much chat, love them kind of dropsspire wrote:It is kinda high bass, if thats what he's talking about. 1st half of the track is all bass, 2nd half i enjoy better, gets a little more crazy with the drums.
honestly, I never paid much attention to them, as I didn't like them very muchjsml wrote:Return II Space was Mala. Urban Ethics was Coki.
You honestly thought Mala wrote Shock It, Robotnik or Animal? They're so obviously Coki tunes.
