One I just discovered - kind of mild, but you should also be careful NOT to overdo quantity since it involves an MAOI...

Definitely sounds like a relaxing/lucid combo. Would definitely follow it with something hepatoprotective though.

Before, during or after? I normally either try balance stuff when I take it (e.g. adding sage to a cold distillation of Hawaiian Baby Woodrose to dampen down the mucous with it's astringent effects) or afterwards having a really purifying soupy meal with things like star anise
