Problem is I have a lot of assignments for school so I probably wont get around to processing them for a while.
If someone were willing to process some and upload them to this thread I'd be happy to give them to you

Also, heres some recordings of me throwing magazines into the air. I used two mics on on the ground and another by the ceiling to try and capture all parts of the sound.

Finally got around to record something. Better late than never
Soundcloud
When out to my garden yesterday evening with the intention to record some rain and thunder as it looked like a storm was on it's way. Unfortunately the storm never happend. Got a few distant thunders on there, but mostly it's rain and airplanes flying over. More airplanes than expected, was hoping to have some usable bits in between them, but I quite like the recording like it is, some of the flyovers sound awesome in binaural and contrast nicely with the rain and occasional distant thunder. Not sure if it's any use to you, but I've upped it anyway. Recorded around 30 minutes of material and this bit was the most exiting regarding the amount of sounds going on. Recorded with my dummyhead into a FR2 at 96k.
Free DL ofcourse. Enjoy!

Giving this a bump...
I've organised to go and pick up an 'as new' Zoom H2 recorder which was an unwanted gift apparently. The kid had it as 'buy it now' on eBay for £75 but he said I could have it for £60 if I came and collected tomorrow with cash! He's about 20 minutes away from where I live.
Looking forward to smashing various kitchen implements together! I work at a signs and labels company so I may try and record some sounds from there. Might do a few bus journeys too...

I went urban exploring a bit today with my h4n and recorded a good amount of cool little textures as well as some clinks and clangs perfect for percs, snare hits, etc. Just finished slicing them and decided to post them up!

I recorded a cup on a subwoofer a couple weeks ago. It sounded cool in person, but the recording was too muddy for me to use.
