nice! can't wait for this to drop
did you not see the post like right before yours? it's already been said in the official press releases it will be, total, 7 x 12"
How does that differ from most albums on vinyl? Most albums come with samplers, just rarely for compilations. Don't see how its confusing though.BasslineBlog wrote:Confusing to say the least so if we want the whole release on vinyl, it looks like we need to buy the box set aswell as the two samplers?
Right, that's why I said "total" - the box set + the two samplers, not important though. What is important:Func wrote:Nah its 5 x 12" the two album samplers come separate
most albums dont normally come as 5 12"s with 1 track per side lol and usually the sampler tracks will be on the album too, but this seems as is the samplers are separate from the album, except for digi obvs, I hope anyway, fucking mercy vip better be on digiMuncey wrote:How does that differ from most albums on vinyl? yeah too right, I would happily buy all the vinyls (sample 1, 2 and the full release) but I'm not exactly using money as a pillow right now, can't see the main release being cheap considering the number of records that'll come with it.skimpi wrote:most albums dont normally come as 5 12"s with 1 track per side lol and usually the sampler tracks will be on the album too, but this seems as is the samplers are separate from the album, except for digi obvs, I hope anyway, fucking mercy vip better be on digiMuncey wrote:How does that differ from most albums on vinyl? Woah, that one is sick! Think I've heard just enough to make me decide to get the box set when it's out. Got the Mercy VIP plate pre-ordered, couldn't find audio of the other sampler though.rap_dot_com wrote:Right, that's why I said "total" - the box set + the two samplers, not important though. This one sounds p good.
Yeah, I like it too. He/they did the same kind of thing for Instra:mental's Resolution 653webstep wrote:great to see boddika isn't afraid to do his own thing as usual.Think its strong move having the samplers contain different tracks than the compilation. Silly buying a sampler with two tracks and then buying the album with the same two tracks in it. This isn't about ease of buying the music, its for people that love the music.
