i wouldnt murder someone to eat them, but if they're already dead and i have no other means of surviving, i cant see any reason not too from a moral standpoint.

sounds nice, and if the dead person is a black guy then its jumbo sausage all round

I'd like to think I wouldent, and I hope I will never be in a situation where it might be and option. One of the most disturbing parts in The Road was the scene where the dad finds the stash of humans for dinner. The one guy with part of his leg cut off and being kept alive to keep the other limbs fresh was just fucked up.
It starts with one ass steak, before you know it your harvesting fingers and boobs as a midnight snack.

I think a good gauge would be would you be able to gut and clean an animal for starters, I don't mean just having the skill to do it, but being able to handle it.
I mean for example if you couldn't handle doing that to say a deer, or cow, I sincerely doubt cannibalism would be a viable option.
