first time i smoked weed, age 9, i saw an elephant spinning in a circle with a pattern of stars around it, and it was monitoring the universe.

first time i did moly, age 20, i rode my longboard to the gas station. all the way back home was down hill. didnt touch the ground once from the gas station door to my front door, which was about 1/2 mile apart. that same night, my roomate told his girlfriend to suck my D... in the middle of it, he tells her to stop, he walks over, and starts making out with her... woah, end of that story

got too drunk at a bar, went to the middle of the dance floor, and shook my beer so it sprayed everyone.

ate a quad of shrooms in the forest and stood there with a blanket over my head for 4 hours thinking about reverberation. then a bald eagle lands in the tree above me, and it starts doing this weird clicking/chirping thing. i heard the reverberation of the eagle's sounds traveling through the trees and the responses of the eagles in the distance.

was smoking a blunt, doing some field recording at a tunnel/storm drain. turn around, and there is this owl standing there 10 feet away just staring at me.

way hammered, and my friend is driving my car, im in the passenger seat. he gets pulled over, they do a sobriety test. i get out of the car after 20 minutes (because its 110 degrees), and the cop yells "get back in the car or ill arrest you." i was like "no, its too hot, and no, you can't arrest me." he gets all pissed and says "wanna make a bet!?" i was like "uh, no. betting is illegal." he frickin blows up. arrests my friend, takes my keys and leaves. the cop ended up leaving my windows all the way down, and unlocked. he ended up getting fired, and charges were dropped against friend

America just ruined drugs.

The first few times I took pills I really embarrassed myself but didn't know it at the time, got so so fucked.. I cringe when I think about it.

We came back from Antwerp from some fucked up party and this guy from the H-Side legendary for his drug intake was there (we caught him once sucking a dude off for some tripsjaars aka 2CB in his car - he is now happily married with 2 kids). Any how, he had left the party in the morning completely under it from god knows what (I think a combo of xtc, mdma and probably some remnants from acid from the day before).

He was the driver and there were two other people in the car. And we passed them going home on the motorway. The next day I meet one of his passengers and he tells me the following:

Apparently he had crashed his car in a shallow bend on the motorway. Nobody was hurt, but the car was wrecked. The police got involved. So they ask him to do an alcohol test. But, in Belgium it is legal to ask for a 15 minute break before you have to do the breathalyser thingy. Now he asks for the break, goes to his boot and gets out a bottle of vodka and starts downing it in front of the cops, then goes on an incredible rant that lasted at least 4-5 hours. He said he couldn't be arrested for dui because he was now drunk and it couldn't be proven that he was drunk before. Then they tried to bust him for public drinking and he got back in the back seat of the car wreck saying it wasn't public.
After this manoeuvre the cops obviously took him downtown, but the legend is he never had to take a breathalyser test and his rantings became so annoying to the cops that they just let him go in the morning. His car was shot and he was going to pay for the towing costs, nobody got hurt and they weren't getting anything remotely sensible out of his mouth. I figured they had enough off him.

I think since then, this has become a bit of a regional urban legend. But I was there and I know the guy and know the 2 people who were there and I'm telling you if anyone could have pulled it off. It was him.

Mind you this could have been 10 years ago, different times and certainly different cops.

hmm yeah. first time i took pills was when i went out with my dads works christmas party or something. i went and there was this 21 year old temping there (i was only 16 at the time i think) anyway, long story short, end up going clubbing with her after coaxing into her believing i was a mature and coool and funky and what not ( she was really fuckign fit tbh)

anyway, i go clubbing, she takes pills, i'd never taken pills, so i just drink all night, i end up standing by myself in the club for most of the night as she was around entertaining everyone else... then she came over to me and was like im really sorry for leaving you, here lets make out.. so i was snogging her pretty much infront of this guy i was seeing..

anyway gets to a certain time and we end up going back to her house with this guy she was seeing... they offer me a pill and i end up double dropping thinking i was sonika... i called up a girl i fancied from my course at 5am, fuck knows what saying but yeah called her up and was like yeah i love you... then i blacked out... came around 6 horus later in someone elses clothes in a different house... apparently i took all my clothes off and started asking people in the house (there was a big after party there type thing) if anyone had seen the girl i called up.

anyway, the next night i end up going to a party with the girl that i called up and i bought a load more pills and i ended up copping off with her!!!!

first time i did shrooms basically had like the most interesting night of my life and just tripped for hours with intense visuals listenin 2 psych folk
never quite the same when ive had them since then
once did just way 2 much md and had the whole eye shakes and twitching and all that for ages and felt like shit the next day
thats bout it rly never had anything really horrible happen to me

That does sound like a horrible drug experience. I hope you're okay, sounds like it could leave you with some long term psychological damage.. like being a tnuc.

^ was waiting for an appropriate response to this one. Also about seeing the elephant with stars or w/e whilst stoned? Bullshit mate. I dont care how old you were or how strong the weed was, you just don't hallucinate like that whilst stoned.

I once got sold dodgy pills which had more acid in them than ecstasy. This was the night when DMZ were at tectonic at fabric. When I was sold them i was told (by who i thought was a trustworthy friend) that they were the same as the last ones he got me, which were genuinely very good pills. Now I've never done acid before, and have never done it since, and I was expecting to get high as fuck, so you can imagine (or possibly can't imagine) the horror I experienced when after about an hour of taking them the walls started melting and the lights on the walls started to form small waterfalls. It sounds cool but it felt like a fucking nightmare, I didn't know what the fuck was going on and at some points I honestly thought I was gonna die or something. I literally spent the rest of the night until about 5oclock sitting in the seating area outside room 2 of fabric. I can't remember much else other than some crazy visuals on the floor in the smoking area (felt like i was minutely small, like a tiny rock on the floor). I can imagine that if it hadn't made me so scared and feel so terrible because it was completely different to what I expected, it would've been quite enjoyable but I can safely say I had a bad time. After leaving fabric i started to feel a bit better. I remember sitting at the train station completely fucked, me and 3 mates were all sitting against the wall, staring at the wall of the underground (the curved walls at the platforms) and seeing things vibrating and kind of swaying from side to side.

When we got off the tube we actually had to run to get our next train and i must've been out of breath for a good 15 minutes afterwards. Probably the only time ill ever say this but it was a morbidly intriguing experience. I've never done pills since and never will do them again.

i've tripped like that a few times but most of the time i just get a really altered perception of the normal surroundings b2b with a mind fuck of whats really going on

still a good laugh though

Just thinking about it, I never even drank till I was 18, nothing else till I was 23 or so?

Didnt want to take so much coke I went mental and tried to peel my skin off like an orange or get chased down the street by a spearmint polo.

Yeah it can beway too much....what followed the mario kart-penny farthing live edition, was my girlfriend having a bad physical reaction to it and the left side of her body going numb :/ Going to A&E on the tail end of 2ce isn't fun. i remember sitting in the waiting room , waiitng for her while still having one foot in rainbow road. Sat next to sober ill people trying not to get bummed out by the dark hospital vibes. Think pig flu was on the hospital tv at the time too


But to balance that out, "I" have also had beautiful , mind-blowing + ego-dismantling experiences with mushrooms and ayawaska that have humbled and healed and revealed me to my deepest cores

i'm a strong believer that you can get the 'most' from these things when in the comfort of your own room, or our in nature :} If that's the kind of thing you're after. Which it should be, if just for the sake of comparriison of the difference between out in public, and in an enviroment designed to iron out any unensacry creases in your psyche and give fresh understanding

My first time on MD. Amazing and horrible in equal measure, I suppose.

It was back in my more DnB orientated days, think it was a Breakin' Science at Coronet. All I used to do was blaze at raves (this is back when an 8th actually weighed 3.5) but for whatever reason I couldn't get any draw that night. Somehow I was given a pill (no idea why) but not knowing what to expect I split it with a friend and waited for the fun to start. Another 'friend' kept checking on me and asking if I was feeling it but nothing was happening. After about two hours of my apparent immunity to the half pill it started to annoy him. He said 'ok, i'll give you some md then'. In for a penny, in for a pound I thought to myself and agreed. He then proceeded to put two dabs short of half a gram in a bottle of water and told me to back it.
Now, i'd know this boy for a good few years so I trusted him. My mistake.
I backed it and he said '10 minutes mate!' with a glint of mischief in his eye.
Coronet is an old theatre so a few friends and I went to sit down up in the gods/balcony. Sure enough the 10 minute mark came and I started to sweat profusely. My muscles started to clench and my jaw was swinging harder than a wife swapping club in the 60's. My eyes were spinning and I could not for the life of me focus on a fucking thing. I shut my eyes and prepared myself for death. It was fucking scary BUT I firmed it and convinced myself that everything would be ok if I could force control over my faculties. I gingerly opened my eyes and stopped them spinning only to see some of my female friends dancing on stage next to Eksman. I immediately shut my eyes again.

The next day, having survived and gotten home, I experienced the worst come-down known to man. I decided to watch a film as it wouldn't require moving that much and put on Mulholland Dr. 20 minutes into the film I was convinced i'd died and was in some kind of hell. I took weeks to recover fully and I haven't been able to watch that film since.

A month or so later I found out that my female friends WE'RE on the stage with Eksman and I hadn't imagined the whole thing.

Lessons learned -
Moderation is the key.
Don't trust sadistic stnuc.

Amazing:

An acid trip that re-established all the missing-links in my personality so that I can now see my existence as a single personality from when my memories start to now. This is largely the cause of my reliable good mood. I've been comfortable as fuck in my own skin ever since.

Bad:

Not actually that many. The scariest was unexpectedly taking Ket in a club (thought it was MD) and then appearing to time travel for about an hour... just kept appearing in different parts of the club and a varying level of time would've past... odd.

An LSA trip (Baby Woodrose seeds) which was largely great, but had the odd 10 minutes or so of feeling big metal chains wind in and out of my lungs instead of air... kind of unpleasant, but I was always aware it was part of the hallucination so it didn't really worry me.
