Salad won't do anything at all
ahh isit fair, i didnt know bout the powerade. bacon is salty though which isnt good
you want sumut lots of liquid, something carby, some veg, and something sweet - guid to fix a hangover slightly imo
a chunky olive oiabatta with soup is a good start
then maybe a nice brioche with some light cream
+ salad for placebo ofc
Salt is exactly what you want, replace the sodium lost from drinking alcohol. Powerade replace the electrolytes lost, good combo.

Does that have a restriction on your food choice?
Yeah, but in a good way, I don't eat shit, actually, I don't eat food that I haven't cooked myself so it's never an issue

Avocado for breakfast is awesome. Eggs, spinach, avocado, green tea. Maybe coffee with butter and MCT oil if I've got time.

This is the recipe I use, but now I add more onion and spicy stuff
and don't blend it all, add chopped bits too so it's nice and chunky

I don't really like mayo, the only thing I add it to is tuna pasta salad but only because I don't know what else I can use
raw eggs
