It's just a little playful non-word lyric, like some dancehall MCs make noises etc, don't think it means anything - just the sounds of flowdan revving up to go.

Would just like to point out that contrary to what most posts on here seem to be suggesting, the majority of the lyrics are spat by Killa P not flow dan. Killa does the main two verses, Flow Dan does the 'choruses' if u can call it that...
