fair enuff,

first off, people would rather assume then make sure they have their facts straight b4 starting/contributing to these kind of topics - the facts mean alot.

For instance - if this was an official remix, then you may be forgiven for having thoughts of commercialism and maybe selling out to make a quick buck....the fact is though this was a dubplate, nothing more. So this was a creative thought, having a go at something new and something not so serious purely in the interest of makin people go wtf? but eventually skanking out to it - which they did pretty heartily at dubpolice @ Fabric.

All that seems to be goin on here is alot of hate and assumptions with no basis. Everything created in life has its roots of origin and those roots actually define what the final creation is.

It is becoming a pattern within this forum of some people basing their opinions without maybe looking into it abit deeper, question your question, do not run head on into traffic without looking both ways. People seem to want to prove that their sense of taste and size of grey matter is bigger then the next guys - highly pretentious

like it or hate it, thats what it should be about and nothing more - this speculation ends up makin people look abit ill informed and silly

i think most people here are just commenting that its a terrible song in the first place and a terrible remix.

yea i hear that, and thats cool im making references to those that are chastising it for being an official release from no ones authority accept what has been conjured up in their heads.

Its not really my kind of thing as my shits pretty serious...but i can apreciate the reasons behind it and fair play it worked on the floor, plus anyone that knows rusko knows he is an extremely nice guy with a very bubbly jokey sense of humour which translates to his tunes.

It was a concept, a joke an experiment - whatever

Also i hear people want some of the old rusko - ethos to return, and maybe it will maybe it wont, but in the meantime enjoy what you have and dont worry about the things you dont like.

having said that ive sent it to everyone on my msn cos its jokes...rusko dont give a shit about his image i dont think tbh...he's making fun tunes...he seems to have done 'well' in terms of getting his name around...adele, audio bullys & this..not bad at all...i guess getting the platform is half the battle....you all still love jahova!

Word. ~90% of all music, whatever the genre and popularity, is shit. The other 10% is still vast enough so that nobody really ever has to talk about shit they don't like... might as well just leave it to those that are enjoying it.

Haven't heard this remix, but I manage to hear pop tunes little enough at the moment that I still reckon the original has a gimmicky charm to it; but then I still haven't heard Rhianna - Umbrella too much either. Turns out that you really start to like great pop singles when you hear them when you never listen to the radio anymore.

everyone gunnin rusko and gettin wound up i mean, personally when i heard the tune i thought what the fuck but when it dropped enjoyed it - i know its not a great tune but i think the fact that the tune was so bate is half the fun of it tbh. Not like Rusko is goin around biggin it up as his new tune or anything OR like its a collaboration, just a dubplate, an idea on vinyl. Agreed with pretty much eveythin you said rogue

horrible track, its boring and expected nothing out of the ordinary...quick fix remix.

I don't hate rusko, some of his tunes are sick but the time that seems to be spent on his tunes just seems to get lower and lower as time goes on and as he jumps around the dubstep spectrum just seems to get worse. hardly seems like hes experemening with the re-mix unless there is something i missed. just anoying to see a good prducer get complacent [preparing for incoming flames ]
