wasn't that released on deep medi?

considering they don't do mp3 releases of any kind i highly doubt they are giving away his tune - so in that case how have you got it? and why are you giving it away for free?

Edit: i can hear the vinyl Crackle!! Wtf dude!

(i downloaded it - it's deleted now)

dude i try very hard to not post music which has been released. it takes hours to run this stuff, a lot of emails etc and i love the way that pretty much the only time this thread gets a reply is with a negative comment. i am against music piracy and try and urge the readers to buy music where possible. whilst also trying to push as many talented small producers as possible. i recall slipping up with 3/4 tracks out of 520 in the past 6 months. i have taken them down instantly when it has been pointed out. i even checked beatport for this track and didn't notice it was a vinyl rip until it was mentioned earlier. pretty obvious now though!

also, this may cause a fuss but... is giving a vinyl rip away a really bad thing, especially when it's not available on mp3? does this mean that people who don't have decks or a record player aren't allowed to listen to this track? i do like the idea of this but i also really like this tune and probably wouldn't have heard it for a very long time if it wasn't for this rip. it also made me investigate calibre who hadn't been in my audio vision for a long time and buy a couple of his tracks off beatport.

we're not a pirate site, or have any intentions to post music which we're not allowed to, so please don't imply that we are/do.

opinions (on probably my silly comments/questions) welcome!

ive been checking your site for a while now, always bring new artists to my attention and as you said - with the exposure you give them it has meant i actually bought a couple of their released tracks. Biggups Hush House and fuck the moaners, Miig is absolutely right, so many people will be very quick to point the finger when something a bit dodgy crops up but look at all the good the blog has done at the same time. You stnuc just thrive on pointing out 'the dubstep ruiners'

I'll be sending you a promo of my ep when its ready i expect some largeups boys 8) just joking! be honest!

Hush house is a badboy music blog. Period.

About what you said about the vinyl rips though...yes, it is all that bad. People who dont own decks & cant have the tune on MP3, tough shit...buy decks init...we all did...

Ridiculous.
why is that so ridiculous?, so its got to take people too spend there own money just so somebody else can rip the vinyl and post it up for others to download for free..

oh thats right, there's nothing wrong with that, how silly of me..

i agree that it is ridiculous that somebody who doesnt own the vinyl therefore shouldnt be able to hear the track, that makes perfect sense.

but you are talking about vinyl rip's, WHOLE vinyl rips...how do you not think thats a pisstake??

that people are EXPECTED to rip it just for the benefit of those who havent got decks..oh and + its illegal??? does that not come into it you think??

you pay for the vinyl rip after it has been okayed by the artist to be put out like that, then so be it...
