Stopping playing because you're not getting booked is waste. If you truly give a shit about music, you'll push on no matter what. Fuck it, start your own night or something if it's that much of an issue, concentrate on your production, start a weekly podcast etc etc.

In other news, I wish someone would just find me a fucking job. It's not that I'm that lazy that I can't be bothered to look. It's mostly just that I'm pretty naff at social situations and I'd get proper nervous and stressed going from shop to shop handing in CVs. I'd love to just settle into a part time job for a bit. However fucking menial and soul destroying it is.

I found that tensing my stomach like I was getting ready to be punched helped a bit.
