That reminds me of a really long rave story that I am now going to tell…

Back around 94-95 in Orlando Florida…
There was this super club called Zuma Beach club
and it was a norm/corn bar until 2am…
then it would close for an hour and re-open at 3 as OZ..

We used to wait outside in line and watch
at one point…a whole fleet of AMG Mercedes in a rainbow of
candy color flip-flop paint would roll up…
and a bunch of people would come out of the club with brief cases
and get in the cars and then take off…glitter window tinting…

Well - this was a super club as I said so you had not just ravers
but the whole gamut of underworld sorts…
including an entire wing of drag-ball kids
who were notorious for armed robberies on high end dress shops…
and they would always set up a cat walk in some part of the club…

Well - this one night the entire Savannah crew drove down for a big weekender…at Firestone
and we were all hanging to the courtyard waiting for the pills and acid to kick…
If you had to sit down or puke you had all the potted foliage to blend with…
so….

This one club kid walks by almost completely nude except for tons of glitter
and flowers pasted on his junk and up his butt.

It was nice to roll to the rave because everyone just lived it…
cigarettes next to gagsters next to cartoon characters next to vampires…
no one cared - in fact - it was expected. That was the point.

"Gay Boys" could reclaim their masculinity by rolling just a hard as the rest.
It was great.

Girls could wear polo shirts and big colorful earrings.

now - based on the information in the previous post…

Can you locate the gay boys….

Not that there is anything wrong with being gay…
