I heard Roll up on Mungos Hifi rig at Dimensions and I have to say it was not really a song, more so some kind of sonic experience. It was beyond absurd .
The only other experience I can compare to it to is The Big Bang VIP taking my breath away at System.

^ I can't wait to hear some of these tunes on a system, so jealous
i hate to break this to you, mr. buz, but since you express your distaste for just about everything that triggers you, your opinion registers somewhere slightly below "absolutely worthless" to me. go back to posting feels or corny "bad ass shit"

so you're selecting giant douche over turd sandwich?
there is more than two options
surprised no ones brought up that the natural progression after southern hip hop is crunk. I give it 9 months for these same folks to be biting off old 2001 little john and the east side boys beats as some new genre
DAMN SON WHERE'D YOU FIND THIS? I found it in the discount bin at the cd store with all the other old dirty south mixtapes from last decade

i dunno about you, but i'm not asked to DJ every night that i attend where the current electronic trends are being blasted, so i don't really get to choose.
and no, it's more like having fun with my friends during something that i can subjectively enjoy over something that drives me absolutely insane and makes me instantly leave the dance. if i went around and commented on everything that annoyed me, i'd waste my life expounding hate every other song. this is why you'll never find anything negative on my blog... i don't have time to focus on things i don't like.

you might be right, but throughout this thread you seem preoccupied that all these sounds have "already been done", so let me rebut your old man argument with mine/Harrison's:
and to direct you to Kirby Ferguson's series Everything Is A Remix.
i honestly wonder if the first meat-eaters became irate when steak became the go-to meat for a large section of the populace... the anger would be similarly justified (as in, not at all)
"Hahahah all you assholes are only just NOW cooking meat over a fire? hahahaha that's bargain bin business! we've moved on to... uh... jerky and salt pork!"
