Well, atleast I assume it's something like that. It'll play The Goat Stare perfectly fine, but struggle with a fair few Kryptic Minds tunes
Ah I thought so. I'll dig out Breakage - Together now and see if the speaker explodesapmje wrote:Goat Stare isn't low enough.pikeymobile wrote:My left speaker has started blowing on super low sub frequencies. It sounds fucking awful

i knew a girl whose thyroid was overactive.. n she could NOT sit still or be quiet for a second. It was like naturally being on meth all the time.badger wrote:oh and i just found out i've got an underactive thyroidat least i can now use that to excuse the weight gain that meant i had a massive panic before my job interview on friday when i couldn't get into my trousers
not what you need to happen 10 minutes before having to leave the house! i've had the same suit for almost 10 years though so it's not that surprising it doesn't fit
Making small talk in an office is my most dreaded social interaction ever.ruckus49 wrote:i started working in an office last week-- horrible environment. i have to listen to these secretaries blab all day about their fucking families like people actually care to hear about how handsome their son is. or I hear some of the guys talk about their golf score or the baseball game they went to over the weekend. every other sentence is always "oh yeah?". you gotta keep up appearances i guess. I work in the engineering department and most of the engineers are focused on their work. theres just a handful of people who have way too little to do so they spend their day punishing the rest of us with their domestic prattle.

Wait till they bring their snot-nosed son into work and you have to pretend you actually want to meet them. OR when someone has a baby and they bring it in for everyone to look at. Just cos im a girl does not mean I want to hold your smelly brat for half and hour and discuss how much sleep you're getting!
i've always been a bit of a lazy fuck so i dunno how much is down to that. will see if there's any change in a few weeks-[2]DAY_- wrote:Do you get fatigued due to the under active thyroid?

If it can't type, it shouldn't be allowed in the building.

I hate work doos, even going for a drink with colleagues pisses me off. I'm not going to sit there with a load of people I don't really like slagging each other/work off for 3 hours.firky wrote:just wait to you get asked to "work doos"ruckus49 wrote:i started working in an office last week-- horrible environment. i have to listen to these secretaries blab all day about their fucking families like people actually care to hear about how handsome their son is. or I hear some of the guys talk about their golf score or the baseball game they went to over the weekend. every other sentence is always "oh yeah?". you gotta keep up appearances i guess.
