what wasn't so wise was turning down that job offer last week. massively regretting it now shouldn't have got greedy with the wage but it was a bit of a piss take tbh compared to other roles out there

well yeah exactly - hence the regret. i've got a load of possibles so i tried to delay giving them an answer but they wanted someone asap and needed an answer there and then, but i'll be so annoyed with myself if i end up unemployed for ages now. this job was offering £6 an hour less than for a similar role i had an interview for on friday but i doubt i'll get that

the thing is once you're in a job you're stuck there for a while. you can't really expect them to let you have time off to go to interviews elsewhere when you've only just started
