How do you like those Yamaha monitors. Thinking of upgrading my Fostex PM.05's.
they are absolutely great. extremly warm low end. this is what most suprosed me actually when i first heard them. such a wamr lowend!

Yep it was my boy Adan and nope vacuum doesn't work and niether does tape at least for mine anyway.

Thanks! no greasy fingers near my keyboards!

I did have the monitors on dvd cases so the tweeters were at ear hight, just need to do something similar which doesn't look so shoddy!

vacuum does work, did it on some technics speakers and they poped right out :P

I think it depends if the dust caps are plastic or paper/card

I took some samples and made this huge hiphop track with rugged didgeridoos and deep kicks with an indian flavor + some distortion for dessert
