My information came from the mouth of a record shop that regularly has DMZ w/l promos which are only available in that shop. As far as I'm concerned, if they've heard it's coming back in, then it's coming back in...travis baker wrote:i dont think they will be puting out any more... it defeats the perpose of only putting out 1000 copies. they would not have made much money on these box sets, think of all the artwork, seperate covers and pressing on 180g etc. too only make make 1000, means that it was just a special thing they did for the fans. would love a double sided vinyl 33rpm or what ever...the whole album. they should do that ay.Doozle wrote:I think I've seen that talk, or maybe read where he's said it's something about moving things forward and that past tunes should be in memories. now if that album of his is really getting a repress, then i'm happy and i'll buy it. i don't give a fuck about the box, i just wanted vinyl.
You can order the CD now on Bleep, pretty sure it comes out in like 10 days or sodatilt wrote:Still waiting for the CD release!!! Hope this happens soon.
Yeah I was thinking this, I think the mastering helps allow for so much sub bass, it's mastered really well. Nice and dynamic but not too quiet.Maccaveli wrote:datilt wrote: Is it just me, or is the bass on this album pretty much the heaviest thing ever? Like, I don't think any other dubstep album I've ever listened to sounds this bassy. It somehow sounds and feels like it's coming out of a club system even when I'm just listening on my home hi-fi. Absolutely incredible.
Ah shit, yeah, kinda forgot that haha1point5 wrote:Yeah it says on the notes inside that the Cuba Electronic 12" completes the box set... so naturally I had to order myself a copy to put in the box!Johnlenham wrote:I thought that was the point to make it the full box set.ekidd91 wrote:My box set arrived today. It has exceeded my expectations. A truly transcendent work. Stand out tracks (though there isn't a bad track on the album) were definitely Ghost and Change. And Noches Sueños is unreal. If I had to pick a weakest track I'd say The Tourist, it's a nice song, just didn't do quite as much for me as the others on there.
Brilliant packaging too, great liner notes from Blackdown. And it's nice that there's enough space in the box for the Cuba Electronic 12" hahaShould arrive tomorrow
You don't really worry about paying taxes, you get paid after it's gone. You never really notice.Sonika wrote:like, I can spend my money as it comes and not worry about having any expenses
fair enough, i just cant see why they would do it like that. ignorance is bliss or something like like that. anyway just so it makes u feel better i bought one on discogs for$75 before i read thatbass_culture wrote:My information came from the mouth of a record shop that regularly has DMZ w/l promos which are only available in that shop.
