I think for some people, getting off this site would be an exceptionally good idea (perhaps more the internet in general though, not substituting in another website). I think overuse leads to the kinda in jokes and mean piss taking that goes beyond banter, perhaps without even realising it, because people chat so much shit on here. It kinda boggles my mind some of you have jobs or school, I've been on here since it started and haven't posted 4000 times yet.
