Dubstep in India?

Easy all,
Going to be in India for a few months... Is there anything of a dubstep scene out there?
I'm taking a year out, haven't decided where to go beyond India. Will be heading to Thailand probably at some point, already seen the thread about Bangkok, which is really helpful.
Where else in the world is going off at the moment?
Any suggestions much appreciated.

Yeah this got bantered about recently. Im pretty interested n all, heading india in a few weeks. From what I can tell, the answers "nah" unfortunately.
...Theres always psy trance lol See you down front of a beach somewhere in goa, dancing through gritted teeth at the next full moon?

Sadly I suspected as much... shame as it could be amazing. I did find word of a tiny night in Delhi which I might try and reach, and there are a few Indian guys who play dub . However beach parties are probably a lost cause. See you at the bar!

check all the timeout india's when you arrive. i think some of them like the mumbai timeout are online.

there are some really nice clubs in mumbai...
blue frog in the warehouse district is nice.
mostly techno stuff tho
