I've got a mad DVD with 10 kung-fu movies on it...
I ripped all the audio onto my old PC, literally the day before it died on me, and haven't got 'round to re-doing it again...
If your regional DVD code is the same as Australia, I can try burn it for ya... that way you can watch some movies AND do some sample-robbery!

You want to get on Google and search for samples from some of the classics. I think http://www.badmovies.org/movies/ has some good samples. Titles to look for:

The Hot, The Cool and the Vicious
Eagle's Claw
Seven Grand Masters
Raiders of Wu Tang
The Victim

All dubbed by those classic voices...latest example I've heard used was by Caspa in Dub Warz.
