If we are talking strictly Dubstep then this would win by a country mile..
This is pretty good for a 12"
If we arent restricted to dubstep then it would probably be an album by Tool.

Great Lengths is cool, but as far as artwork that matches the feel of the music, that distance one takes the cake,

i was blown away by this when it came out. 5 slabs of vinyl, different artwork for each plate and another for the main box, and all of it fitting the dark futurist vibes of the music perfectly

artwork yet again by J. Bannon and well, stunning once more..
in my opnion, this album from skinless wins by far. not even that complicated but SO effective.. :
as for dubstep; love most of Sinister's work, for excision!
