I voted yes. I really don't see there being much of a problem. Mountain out of a molehill... old people get given flu vaccines routinely every year and most of them happily don't get flu.
I had flu when I was about 15... it was shit. Most people saying they have flu these days clearly don't have fucking flu.

Yep, I have only had the flu once and I was I fucked for two weeks. Most people who say they have the flu just have a heavy cold. The flu proper cripples you.

A guy that sits opposite me at work had "flu" last week. He was a bit sniffly for a couple of days and worked from home for a day.
NOT FLU YOU FUCKING CHUMP

if most other people get it then there's no point. like with my TB jab, everyone else in my year got it so i didnt see the point as TB isn't really about anymore. 2 years later n they get rid of it

A mate of mine refused Meningitis vaccine when we were in 6th Form because of some teenage stand against vaccination ("It'll mutate and we'll all die" business). He happily admits now that he was just scared of needles!

Nah, not about vaccines personally... I would if I absolutely had to, like to enter another country like they make you do for travel in Africa, or to fight off a fatal virus in me, or else die. But not something like this. I've had real flu a couple of times before, yeah it lasts a long time. That week or 2 can seem like months.. but having it only twice in my life (about 15 years apart), doesn't really cause me concern. And i'm only positive one was flu, other wasn't as bad but lasted about a week.

Um no. Ive had swine flu and it "ain't all dat". Ive had way worse normal flu.
Why would I get vaccined for something that is LESS dangerous than regular flu?
