Hi,

So I've just recently gotten into dubstep(been listnening to burial for a while though) and have gotten to a point where I'd like to make some.

Now I've made this wobble in Massive not using a midi keyboard(don't have one) but using the the piano roll. So lets say I just made a simple melody consisting of 3 notes, I can make it 'wobble' while using the rate button but, when I try to (re)record that(not sure how to call it really), it won't stick. I mean as in after I've tried to record, the bass just keeps on wobbling in the fashion of which the rate button is turned to at that very moment. It's really tiring and I have tried various things but I am not really good with computers.

So if anyone could help, I would be very grateful.

I actually read the guide but, my problem is more midi/cubase(recording wise) related than the wobble itself. Thanks for your reply though.

Also, brisance, that alpacca is without a doubt 100 times cooler than you are, now matter what. I'd rather be that than a douchebag like you.

If all else fails you could try creating three (presuming that you are playing a three note bassline or whatever) different midi tracks each with their own instance of massive. Then split the b line into its three component notes and have one note on each midi track.

Because the three instances of massive are independent you can change the rate of each one without affecting the other.

This will eat up your cpu pretty quickly though so get em done quick and bounce down to audio.
