1. Delete her number.
2. Go on a 4 month drug binge, any drug will do.
3. Have a wank.

1. i took her off my fav fives
2. i have been on a coke binge
3. i have been on a drinking binge
4. i wank it like 10 times a day
still doesnt help

Get with someone, will make it easier and restore confidence in yourself.

Get with some other girl you like on the rebound, realise you don't actually like her cause you're on the rebound and break up with her.
