You may have seen some of his event photography showcases posted on here but top ‘contender’ Kelly Dean is a talented upcoming dubstep producer as well. I really like this remix, probably because i’m a sucker for vocals.
Like some of the remixed anthems before it I think Kelly does the accapela justice. It’s definitely not as minimal as some of the key vocal mixes of the year but with a heavy sub, epic samples and decent programming, it definitely has appeal. The track was mastered by Symbl who Kelly credits as a big part of this project.
I heard Steady drop it at the SMOG 3 year and it went off, that’s gotta account for something. As a bonus he has dropped it mixed over the original video to the tune. Nice work dude!
