Okay, I am confused. I have BT option 3 broadband 18 month contract I have had this for 6 months and I would like to cancel. Looking online I could get charged anything between L11.75 for the rest of the time left, full amount for the remaining months or a flat fee of L70. Can someone please shed some light on this for me?? I need to cancel! Thanks Sam

seriously i was on the phone to them for 9 hours until i got a letter stating they had not provided the service they advertised and would not charge me for my time with bt.

surprisingly they sent the letter .....

and still tried to charge me lol

lucky i filed it in a safe place tehe
